1.1 Parties & Nature of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the bljl platform ("Platform", "Site") and any person using the site ("User", "you"). Accessing, registering on, or using any service on the site means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1.2 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all services provided on bljl, including:

• Online casino games (live casino, slots, table games)
• Cricket and other sports betting
• Bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards
• Payment processing (deposits and withdrawals)
• Customer support services

1.3 Language & Interpretation

2.1 Age Restriction

To register on bljl and participate in any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. All services on the site are strictly prohibited for minors.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When opening an account you must provide accurate and complete information. The following conditions must be met:

• Only one account may be opened in your own name
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date
• You must manage the account yourself; allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited

2.3 Identity Verification

bljl reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters. 3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Sharing your password, selling your account, or allowing third parties to use it is strictly prohibited. Violating this prohibition will result in immediate account closure and any earned balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bljl currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile financial service
• Nagad — Postal department digital payment
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Minimum Limits

Limits applicable to all payment methods:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (applicable to all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.3 Payment Verification & Security

To prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, bljl reserves the right to verify any payment transaction. Additional information may be requested in the following situations:

• For large-value transactions
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity
• When a withdrawal is requested for the first time

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Requests to withdraw immediately after depositing without any betting may not be accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

When you open a new account on bljl, you receive a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. See the examples below to understand how the bonus works:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active (unless specifically permitted)
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account
• bljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is found, the bonus and associated balance will be forfeited

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bljl is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality and unpredictability. Games from all providers are independently tested.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

bljl reserves the right to cancel or declare bets void in the following situations:

• In the event of a technical error or server disruption
• Where odds or game information have been displayed incorrectly
• If an event is cancelled or postponed (cricket match, etc.)
• If evidence is found that a technical system error has been exploited

For cancelled bets, the original stake will be returned to the account.

6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

The following special rules apply to cricket and other sports betting:

• All terms and rules must be read carefully before placing a bet
• Odds in live betting are variable — odds are fixed once a bet is confirmed
• The decision of the official cricket authority is final in determining match results
• Unusually large or repeated bet placements on the same event may come under review

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bljl:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Betting on behalf of others or with another person's funds
• Placing artificial bets or counter-bets to meet bonus requirements
• Using software bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Fraud or manipulation against other users
• Providing false identity, age, or personal information

8.1 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the bljl platform — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and designs — is protected by the intellectual property rights of bljl or its respective licensees. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially using this content without written permission is prohibited.

9.1 Limitation of Service Liability

bljl is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage caused by internet connection disruptions
• Delays or errors in third-party payment systems
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to follow security precautions
• Temporary service interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues
• Any liability regarding external sports results or events

The limit of any liability shall be capped at the actual amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.

10.1 Account Closure Initiated by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact us at [email protected]. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn, subject to fulfillment of applicable wagering conditions prior to closure.

10.2 Account Suspension or Closure Initiated by bljl

bljl reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Refusal to provide identity verification information
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• The user's own request on the basis of responsible gaming concerns

11.1 Terms and Conditions Amendment Policy

bljl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via registered email or on the site. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent update is noted at the top of this page.
